PARKING
THERE IS NO DEDICATED SPACE, if the parking is full please park for free in the street outside the gates.
Go in and out the same gate (main gate)
Do not open the gate for other people trying to enter our parking.

Remote control = for cars only! On foot? Use the keypad code or black smart key

Keys
Use the black smart keys to go in and out the pedestrian gates

Use the red remote control to open the sliding gate at the main entrance for your car
​
Use the keypad code at the main gate to enter and exit without a key

Trash Disposal
Collection points are in the street, outside the gates!
Please never leave trash bags in the hallway, in the gardens, or in the community waste baskets!
It is not permitted to leave towels or other objects on the sunbeds to "reserve" them for the day.
Any object left on beds, when you are not in the immediate area, will be removed and put to the side.

No Hanging towels over railings
Drying towels by hanging them over the railings, is not permitted.
We know it is convenient, but please dry your towels inside the borders of your terrrace.
Otherwise our community looks very messy!
Community Internet Plaza and Playground
You will find childrens games and a community internet plaza, in the lower covered courtyard on the steps from the office to the beach
Respect your neighbours
Apartments are close together. Your neighbours can hear you! Please do not play music on the terrace, we have a high density of apartments and you will disturb your neighbors.
Please speak quietly and avoid banging objects and furniture at night, your neighbours can hear you.
