Romana playa is in an exclusive area, with luxury communities all around.
The neighbouring communities have adopted lighter, brighter colours for their buildings. The red color we have on the trim, looks rustic and outdated for the area. By simply changing the trim color, not the whole building, we could modernise the whole community.
