Coworking Spaces

Use some of the empty restaurant or gym space to create a coworking area that would be open to the public, useable by renters, excellent choice for people arriving or departing who have to wait for the keys.
Note: several years ago a group of young kids broke into the community lounge and had parties there, so we had to close it at 4 pm when the maintenance staff is gone. It's not just a question of setting up the space but cleaning, supervising and maintaining it.
Next steps:
create a committee to investigate this
put together a price offer for equipment, internet, and impact on additional cleaning / surveillance costs
put together a realistic income plan and advertisement plan
put togethr proposals for how to handle outside visitors accessing the community to use the workspace
submit it to a general assembly vote
