Many owners have raised the point that they are unsatisfied with the access gates.
Current situation
Cars in and out main Golondrinas gate
Painted arrows on the ground create confusion among visitors
Back gate closed with a bicycle lock, this looks bad
Access code only for main pedestrian gate
Smart keys limited to two per apartment
Some beach gates closed
Requests from certain owners
Put codes on more of the access gates
Note: by adding a code on the Perla Blanca side, people can easily park over there most of the year and free up the main gate and main parking.
Allow cars to go out the Perla Blanca side
Allow people to have more than 2 smart keys per apartment
What about employees parking?
Should we require employees and subcontractors to park on the Perla Blanca side? Distributing a smart key to employees would facilitate this
To go forward on these points, we need
An idea of the cost of doing each of these things
An explanation of the complications - adding keypad codes also adds the risk of malfunction at each door
A community vote, since there is always a compromise between security and ease of access.
