We have so much available space in our community.
And 3 months of the year, in summer, we have a very important footfall and hundreds of captive customers in the community.
Why not market some of our available spaces as seasonal "pop up stores".
We could market to business that would cater to us: a minimarket selling basic necessities, magazines, newspapers, beach articles... A clothing shop selling bathing suits, sunglasses and beach towels.
An ice cream stand (why not contact KALT, or another ice cream chain nearby, to open a kiosk with us during summer? Renting the space?)
A local personal trainer or yoga instructor, who could store some equipment in one of our trasteros and give private classes on our amazing central plaza?
A local guide could pay to set up a little stand in the main square to attract clients for a few hours a day.
A child-minding company could propose activities or babysitting for the community children. A food catering service could supply a takeaway home cooked meal each morning for sale to our residents.
To attract these local businesses, we need to take some advertising and networking initiatives.
Event planning
Our spaces might also be useful for punctual events like yoga retreats or other theme holiday ideas such as marathon preparation, wellness weeks, etc.
We could partner with OleHolidays and individual owners to provide lodging for as many people as are interested
And rent the common areas for the group activities.
During high season we could have a weekly market for our residents
